Solaris was founded in Texas in 1998 with a focus on providing uncommon care and service to our patients. Our goal has always been to allow patients and their families to put life first.
From the start, we chose to serve primarily rural areas because that’s where we live, and we understand the values and expectations of our communities.
As Solaris has grown over the years, our services have expanded to include home health and community-based palliative care. We believe that the synergy between these great home care services produces the highest quality care and satisfaction for our patients. Solaris is also one of the few home care providers that owns its own pharmacy and medical equipment companies, which only serve Solaris patients. This enables us to provide the best service possible without delays or the need to work with other providers.
With decades of experience in home care among our leadership and clinical staff, Solaris has built a trusted name among healthcare providers, facilities, and the communities we serve.

QUALITY IN-HOME CARE SERVICES:
Hospice Care
Hospice is a special type of supportive care focused on providing comfort – relieving physical, emotional, and spiritual suffering. The goal of hospice care is to enhance quality of life through a comprehensive set of services identified and coordinated by an interdisciplinary team.
Home Health Care
The goal of home health is to treat an illness or injury in order to help patients get better and regain their independence. Patients are able to recover and rehabilitate in the comfort of their home while receiving high quality care from licensed nurses and therapists on an intermittent basis.
Palliative Care
Palliative support is for those with advanced illness. This program utilizes a holistic approach and works closely with the entire care team to address the needs and goals of the patient and their family.
