Honoring the Teams Who Keep Solaris Running Strong

Celebrating Healthcare Facilities & Engineering Week

At Solaris Healthcare, excellence is not only defined by the care we provide but also by the systems and support that make it possible. This week, during Healthcare Facilities & Engineering Week, we celebrate the often unsung teams who ensure everything works seamlessly—from the spaces we step into, to the vehicles that keep us moving. Our Facilities and Fleet teams embody dedication, teamwork, and high standards that allow Solaris to thrive every day.

Facilities Team: Keeping Solaris Running Strong

The Facilities team works tirelessly to ensure that every Solaris office remains functional, welcoming, and well-maintained. From lighting and plumbing to HVAC systems and overall cleanliness, their efforts keep daily operations running smoothly across the organization. Their projects consistently reflect a strong commitment to efficiency, quality, and creating spaces that support the needs of every team.

Innovation and High Standards

Facilities excellence at Solaris goes far beyond routine maintenance. From ongoing updates and improvements to the appearance and function of our offices, the team demonstrates an attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in their work. What truly sets them apart is their culture of teamwork and accountability—working together seamlessly, meeting high standards, and taking on any challenge with dedication. This commitment makes a lasting difference in the way Solaris operates every day.

Fleet Team: Driving Reliability Every Day

Just as important as our buildings are the vehicles that support Solaris’ operations. The Fleet team ensures that transportation remains reliable, safe, and representative of the organization, from vehicle maintenance to keeping graphics up to standard. Their recent implementation of a new system to track vehicles and maintenance schedules demonstrates their commitment to continuously improving processes. The team also works closely with all departments to ensure everyone receives what they need, when they need it.

Collaboration Across the Board

What unites both the Facilities and Fleet teams is not only their technical expertise but their commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Whether updating signage, maintaining vehicles, or responding to everyday challenges, they deliver solutions that strengthen Solaris from the inside out. Their work might not always be visible, but it’s deeply felt by everyone who relies on the systems they keep running.

Celebrating Everyday Excellence

As we celebrate Healthcare Facilities & Engineering Week, we recognize the essential contributions of our Facilities and Fleet teams. Their hard work, innovation, and teamwork form the foundation of Solaris Healthcare. To the people who fix, build, maintain, and drive us forward—we thank you for keeping Solaris shining, inside and out.
