Solaris Healthcare Earns 2026 Great Place To Work Certification for the Fourth Year in a Row

Solaris Healthcare is proud to share that we have earned Great Place To Work Certification™ for 2026, marking our fourth consecutive year receiving this national workplace recognition.

This designation is more than a badge. It reflects the people who make Solaris what it is: the nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, pharmacy team members, medical equipment team members, office staff, leaders, and support teams who show up each day with compassion, skill, and heart.

At Solaris, we often talk about uncommon care. This recognition is a reminder that uncommon care begins with uncommon people.

A Recognition Based on Employee Feedback

Great Place To Work Certification is based on what employees say about their experience in the workplace. For Solaris, this fourth consecutive win is especially meaningful because it comes from the voices of our own team members.

This year, Solaris employees shared strong feedback about the culture they experience here:

94% of employees said that when they join Solaris Healthcare, they are made to feel welcome.

85% of employees at Solaris Healthcare say it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

Those numbers tell a story we are honored to celebrate. They speak to the welcome, connection, and purpose our team members feel as part of Solaris. They also reflect the culture we work to build every day: one rooted in compassion, generosity, service, leadership, and excellence.

Four Years of a Culture Built With Intention

Earning Great Place To Work Certification for one year is something worth celebrating. Earning it four years in a row shows consistency.

For Solaris, culture is not something that lives on a wall or in a handbook. It is something our team creates in the way they care for patients, support families, encourage one another, and respond when someone needs help.

It is in the nurse who takes time to answer one more question.
It is in the aide who brings comfort and dignity into daily care.
It is in the social worker who helps a family feel less alone.
It is in the chaplain who offers presence during a tender moment.
It is in the office team member who keeps things moving behind the scenes.
It is in every person who helps make care feel more human.

That kind of culture is built through thousands of small moments, and every Solaris team member plays a part.

Why Workplace Culture Matters in Healthcare

In healthcare, a strong workplace culture does not stop with employees. It reaches patients, families, referral partners, and communities.

When team members feel supported and connected to purpose, they are better able to provide compassionate care. That matters deeply in hospice, palliative care, home health, pharmacy, and medical equipment support, where families are often navigating some of life’s most emotional and uncertain seasons.

Patients and families remember how care feels. They remember the people who listened, explained, comforted, and showed up when things were hard.

A positive workplace culture helps make that kind of care possible.

The People Behind Uncommon Care

Solaris Healthcare is clinician-owned and operated, and our work centers on helping patients and families receive care that fits their needs. Across our service lines, our team supports patients through serious illness, recovery, changing health needs, and end-of-life care.

But behind every service is a person.

Behind every visit is a team member choosing compassion.
Behind every phone call is someone helping a family find clarity.
Behind every care plan is a group of people working together to support comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Our fourth Great Place To Work Certification belongs to the people behind that care. It belongs to the team members who make Solaris feel like Solaris.

Thank You To Our Team

To every Solaris employee: thank you.

Thank you for the care you give, the values you live, and the culture you help create. Thank you for making new team members feel welcome. Thank you for serving patients and families with heart. Thank you for showing what uncommon care can look like in real life.

This recognition is yours.

We are honored to be Great Place To Work-Certified™ for the fourth year in a row, and even more honored to continue building a workplace where people feel welcomed, supported, and proud of the care they provide.
